why did it not work?

• lacking feedback
  • spent too much time building the uX without looking for feedback
• not selling
  • entrepeneur == salesman
  • you don't know shit until you talk to your customers
  • it wasn't obvious until you try to sell it to someone
• investing before learning
  • spending too long building a website
  • if you can test an idea for 0 yen, why would you want to spend 2 years and 10000USD

build as you sell

• building as you're selling and not build then sell
• always ask - who else can i talk to? - why do you not like it? - what's missing?

• try selling something online, if someone buys it, you buy the same thing and ship it to them

• blogging about people and places
• interview people until you get to interview an investor
• by untervuewing people and posting on a blog, people get happier
• does it work? - yes, people are more than happy to feature
